At God of Hooks, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you’re not completely happy, we accept returns for exchange or refund within seven business days from the date your order is delivered.

 

To ensure a smooth return process, please:

• Return the product in its original, unused condition.

• Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories.

• Add a note inside the package with your order number and whether you’d like a refund or an exchange. If exchanging, please specify the item you’d like to receive.

 

Refund and Shipping Details:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon receiving and inspecting the returned item.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• For Canada and the USA, ship via USPS or Canada Post only.

• For international returns, use your local shipping services.

• Do not ship via UPS or DHL.
